4. Fuel

When there is no BBQ grills, I will use the lid of the Dutch Oven instead. Grease it carefully. Then put the pot lid on the stove for roast. You will get delicious pot lid BBQ.
Seasoning of Dutch Oven
STEP 1. Pour warm water into the pot. Wash it with brush, or wood-made spatula, or sponge. Please don’t use detergent, for detergent will get into the material.
STEP 2. After cooking, there will be some food residue stick to the bottom of the pot. We need to heat the water to boiled. And get the food residue by the brush.
STEP 3. After washing, wipe off the moisture with a dry cloth or kitchen towel.
STEP 4. Grease the Dutch Oven with cooking oil by a kitchen towel or oil brush.
STEP 5. Put the greased Dutch Oven on the stove. Heat it by strong fire.
STEP 6. After the oil dried. It will produce some smoke. When the smoke is bigger, turn down the fire. And pour green onions, onions, and garlic, some strong smelling vegetables into it, when the iron smell is heavy. Stir fry them. Turn off the fire and make it natural cooling, when the smoke decreases gradually and disappears.
11. Kitchenware
We know make a meal at home will use many tools. Even it is the easy camping meals for family, we still use many kitchenware. If you want to clean your hands soiled when cooking, it is not a simple thing in camping. And owning a fresh and good food material from the camping refrigerator is also not easy.
These are difficult to be realized in the camping places. But what we can do to use the least camping equipment to get a not worese effect than in our own kitchen.
（1）Ice Bucket
Ice bag is easy for storing ice. But compared to the hard bucket, it is short in the retention time. Ice bucket has two types. They are plastic and steel types. Steel ice bucke has a better performance, but more dearer. The most frequently used type is plastic ice bucket.
（2）Bowl
Plastic products are not good for the environment. And it is easy to be stained with oil. It is unhealthy. Therefore, we are better to choose stainless steel bowls.
（3）Pail
Pail means a big and deep bowl with handles. And its material is stainless steel. It can contain enough food. At the same time, people can enjoy the pleasure from food sharing.
（4）BBQ Grills
They are the necessary camping gears. Besides the grills on the fire, and they include the products connecting the stove.
（5）Clamp
It is used for BBQ and some pasta.
（6）Sissors
They are frequently used in the sissors. And we should avoid to leave some plastic products around.
（7）Dish Barrel
It has perfect waterproofness. You could wash sporadic bowls in it. It is very convenient.
（8）Air Curtain
No matter how strong the fire is, it can’t beat the heavy wind. You can set an air curtain beside the stove.
12. The Other Gear

Someone may be not habituated to sleeping on the ground, even though the mattress is very soft. If so, you can use tent bed. Lay an air mattress on it. Then sleep on it. You will find it is as comfortable as the feeling of sleeping at home.

Accidents may happen frequently in the camping. And most the cases are that we can’t go to the hospital at once. Therefore, it is very important to bring some simple emergency medicines.
（6）Leather Gloves
We may need leather gloves at any time in the camping place. For example, building the tent, picking up the firewood, using the axe or hammer, touching something hot. Putting on a pair of leather gloves will solve many problems we can’t handled by bare hands.
（7）Camping Power Supply
In camping place, there is no power supply. The small type electric generator there is very important. We can charge it at home or in the car. Then use it in the camping area.
（8）Head Lamp
It links hair band with lantern. We can wear it on the head as the lamp. Its light can illuminate in the direction of the sight line of users. It is one of the necessities in the night.
（9）Connecting Cable
